Meet Abby Greene Bull: Lead Rhythm Facilitator & Wellness Practitioner
Abby Greene Bull is a passionate Vancouver rhythm facilitator, educator, and wellness practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and groups rediscover their innate connection to rhythm. As the founder of Pulse Play Circles, Abby creates inclusive spaces where the voice, the body, and the drum come together to foster healing and joy.
Based in New Westminster, she serves communities across the Lower Mainland, bringing a holistic approach to wellness that transcends traditional music-making.

A Holistic Approach to Rhythm
Abby’s work is rooted in the belief that rhythm is a universal language accessible to everyone. While she is an expert in percussion, her “playshops” integrate a diverse range of modalities designed to engage the whole person:
Vocal Improvisation & Singing Circles: Helping participants find their unique resonance through sound and harmony.
Body Percussion: Using the human body as a rhythmic instrument to boost brain health and physical coordination.
Laughter Yoga: Combining intentional breathing with playful laughter to regulate the nervous system.
Rhythmic Meditation: Creating calm through steady, grounding beats and sound healing.
Connecting Communities Across BC
Whether she is working with seniors in residential care, teams in corporate boardrooms, or families at community festivals, Abby’s mission remains the same: to provide a safe, judgment-free space for authentic expression.
“I don’t just teach people how to play instruments; I help them remember how to play with life. When we find our collective rhythm, we find our way back to each other.” — Abby Greene Bull
